Consultations

Please note that due to my litigation schedule and upcoming travels I do not anticipate taking on any new cases or consultations until after Thanksgiving 2024. If any of my high-conflict trials settle, I will update my availability.

If you would like to check in for my availability for a consultation, you can do so at my online scheduler. You may also email me at krista@mancusolawllc.com or use the form, below, if you are looking for a time that is not listed online.

When reaching out via the form or email, please provide me with the names of all parties involved so that I can confirm I have no conflicts prior to me responding to you. After checking for conflicts I will confirm our consultation date and time. And if you haven’t heard back from me in 48 business hours, check your junk folder and feel free to follow up with me in case it landed in mine.

I charge my hourly rate ($270) for time spent on consultations, with a one-hour minimum.

Find Me

You will find me at 1619 NE Killingsworth Street, Portland, OR 97211, in Suite A. My doors are right between Nico’s Ice Cream (feel free to grab a cone and bring it on with you) and La Taq. If we have an appointment I’ll send you the door code. Bicycle parking on the street and also welcome to come right inside with you.

  • Data Retention: I retain your information as long as you subscribed to our SMS service. You may request deletion at any time.

  • MESSAGES AND DATA RATES MAY APPLY: Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.

  • Opt-Out: You can opt out of the SMS list at anytime by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or CANCEL to krista@mancusolawllc.com or 503-966-1136. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.

  • Non-Sharing Clause: We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. Mancuso Law will not sell, rent, or share the collected mobile numbers. In fact, attorney-client communications are privileged and the FCC is overreaching with this requirement on a solo attorney to adhere to these rules to merely use text on occassion.
